BRAC Bank PLC has joined the Gender Champions Network (GCN) as a member organization, reinforcing its commitment to advancing gender equity and promoting inclusive workplaces.
The announcement was made by the Gender Champions Network, which welcomed the bank for its continued efforts to foster equitable workplace practices and inclusive leadership within the banking sector.
According to GCN, BRAC Bank aims to build on its existing foundation in gender equity by further strengthening fair workplace policies, expanding opportunities for inclusive leadership, and setting a positive example for the country’s financial industry.
The network said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to translating gender equity pledges into meaningful action and creating workplaces where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive.
