Coca-Cola Bangladesh Appoints Laila Farzana as Director – Front Line Marketing
Coca-Cola Bangladesh has appointed Laila Farzana as its Director – Front Line Marketing, bringing on board a seasoned marketing professional with more than 16 years of experience across marketing, media, digital transformation, trade marketing, and category management.
Before joining Coca-Cola Bangladesh, Laila served as Digital Marketing, Media and dCommerce (DMC) Lead at Unilever Bangladesh, where she led the company’s digital marketing, media, and dCommerce functions across multiple brands. She also oversaw the governance of the organization’s media investments.
During her eight-year tenure at Unilever, Laila held several leadership positions in category management, customer marketing, and media. She played a key role in driving data-led growth strategies and building iconic consumer brands.
Earlier in her career, she held marketing and trade leadership roles at Grameenphone, Banglalink, and Swisscontact-Katalyst, gaining extensive experience across the telecommunications and development sectors.
An alumnus of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, Laila brings deep expertise in customer marketing and consumer-centric business strategies. In her new role, she is expected to strengthen Coca-Cola Bangladesh’s front-line marketing capabilities and support the company’s continued growth in the market.
