Maa Foundation and Sarah Homecare organized a grand Iftar Mahfil and Independence Day celebration for the Bangladeshi diaspora in New York, USA. The event took place on March 26 at the Queens Palace in Jackson Heights.
The event was attended by expatriate Bangladeshis from various states, who came with their families to participate in the Iftar Mahfil. People of all ages and professions were present, from children to senior citizens. In addition to the Iftar, there was also a Quran recitation competition and a painting competition for children.
Guests praised the organizers for holding such a wonderful Iftar Mahfil.

In her Independence Day greetings, Shahzad Parveen Sara said:

GC Patel called upon everyone to join this service.”
Gazi Liton, Director of Ma Foundation, said, “Maa Foundation was established for some backward people in the society. The journey of Maa Foundation started with the aim of helping these people. At this time, he requested everyone’s cooperation in this great journey of Maa Foundation.”
Tanjeer, who was present at the Iftar Mahfil, said, “Maa Foundation is a non-profit foundation. We will take care that we can come to the aid of the poor through this. We are always by the side of the foundation.”
